CutGear Studio™ is a design tool for generating SVG and DXF gear files, gear trains, mounting plates, test sheets, and related design guides for CNC, laser cutting, and woodworking workflows.

Generated files should always be reviewed, measured, and test cut before production. Material thickness, kerf, machine settings, cutting quality, assembly fit, strength, safety, and final product suitability are the user’s responsibility.

CutGear Studio does not guarantee that exported designs will work perfectly with every machine, material, software, cutting process, or final use. Users are responsible for verifying all dimensions, clearances, tolerances, and machine settings before cutting or selling finished products.
