Acceptance of Terms

By using CutGear Studio™, you agree to these starter Terms of Use for the MVP/beta version of the tool.

Use of the Tool

CutGear Studio is provided as a design and export tool for CNC, laser cutting, woodworking, and related maker workflows. You are responsible for how you use the tool and any files it generates.

Generated Files

Users may use exported SVG/DXF files for personal or commercial physical projects, unless future pricing/license terms say otherwise.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing, measuring, testing, and validating exported files before cutting, machining, assembling, selling, or relying on finished parts.

Prohibited Use

Users may not copy, resell, redistribute, clone, reverse engineer, or reproduce the CutGear Studio software, code, interface, branding, or website as a competing service.

Intellectual Property

CutGear Studio™ name, branding, interface, website text, and software are owned by Abed T.

No Warranty

CutGear Studio is provided as-is for MVP/beta testing. No warranty is made that generated files will be error-free, machine-ready for every workflow, or suitable for every material or use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CutGear Studio and its owner are not liable for losses, damage, failed cuts, wasted material, machine issues, injury, or business outcomes resulting from use of the tool or exported files.

Changes to the Service

CutGear Studio may change, improve, remove, or add features as the product evolves from MVP/beta toward future versions.
