Choose a Gear Type
Spur, Rack and Pinion, Internal, Planetary, or ChainWheel.

Adjust Settings
Teeth, module/tooth size, bore diameter, thickness, clearance, and gear-specific controls.

Preview in 2D / 3D
Use 2D for cut layout and labels; use 3D for thickness and extrusion checks.

Preview Motion
Use Play to inspect motion. Labels hide while animation runs.

Export Files
SVG for laser/vector work, DXF for CAD/CAM, and STL for 3D-ready models.

Physical Geometry
Bore holes, mount holes, pin holes, and cutouts are real cut geometry.
